Day 01 Arrive Airport – Negombo (Approx. 15 minutes drive)

Dambulla Cave Temple
Dambulla Cave temple is one of the most impressive and well-preserved cave temples in Asia. This complex contains five caves with over 2000 sqm. of painted walls and ceilings. This emphasizes the artistic talents of the people lived in this small island. Due to its artistic & archaeological values, Dambulla Cave temple has been listed as a UNESCO world heritage site.
Day 03 Dambulla/ Sigiriya / Polonnaruwa /Dambulla
• 07:00: Breakfast at the hotel
• 08:30: Explore a majestic 5th century fortress in the sky.
• 11.30: Drive to Polonnaruwa
• 13:00: Lunch at a local restaurant (payment direct)
• 14:00: Start your tour in Polonnaruwa Ancient city.

Sigiriya Rock Fortress
In the 5th century, King Kashyapa domesticated the Lions Rock, by building a palace atop its summit & well designed for its defenses by having ramparts and moats built around it. The Rock itself has its unique identity due to its shape not found anywhere else on the island.
Ancient City of Polonnaruwa
Polonnaruwa remains as one of the best planned archeological relic sites in the country, which was declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 1982. This is a well-preserved city with ancient dagobas, moonstones, beautiful parks, massive buildings and stunningly beautiful statues. The Sea of Parakrama, a vast 12th-century man-made water reservoir is also one of the main highlights in this wonderful ancient city. Moreover, this is one of the best ancient cities in the country that gives a big experience within a short period of time as the monuments are in a more compact area.
Day 04 Dambulla/ Sigiriya – Kandy (Approx. 3 hrs drive)

• 13:30: Leave to Kandy.
• 15.30: Do a city tour in Kandy including Kandy Tooth Relic Temple

Traditional Village tour
This Village tour begins with a short walk along to a man-made reservoir. This beautiful village is surrounded by scrub jungle, marshlands, and agricultural farms. The amazing birdlife, butterflies and possible sightings of crocodile only add to the charm of seeing the villagers as they go about their early morning tasks of fishing, or washing clothes at the periphery of the lake. You will experience a boat ride, bullock cart ride, rural vegetable cultivation, paddy fields and enjoy an authentic Sri Lankan lunch at a Village house.
Kandy City Tour
In the afternoon, you will enjoy a city tour in Kandy. Day 05 Kandy- Nuwara Eliya (Approx. 3 hrs drive)

Train Ride
Your train journey takes you on a scenic ride through some of the most beautiful highland countryside areas in Sri Lanka. Watch the brilliant greens carpets of the tea plantations. Nuwara Eliya City Tour
Known as Little England, the town of Nuwara Eliya enjoys spring-like weather throughout the year. A favorite retreat of the British during colonial times, the town is dotted with English country style houses and half-timbered bungalows. During this tour you will visit Victoria Park, Gregory Lake, 19th century Golf Club and drive around the city.
Day 06 Nuwara Eliya- Horton Plains- Nuwara Eliya
• 6:00: Get up early and proceed to enjoy a walking tour in the Horton plains.

• 14.00: Enjoy a tea plucking experience at a tea plantation and visit a tea factory.

Trekking at Horton Plains
Make a pre-dawn start with a packed breakfast to Horton Plains National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and take a guided walk along the nature trails to a viewpoint known as World’s End. A variety of wildlife including endemic Rhino-horned and Hump-nosed Lizards, highland bird species including the Sri Lanka White-eye, Dull-blue Flycatcher, Sri Lanka Bush Warbler, Yellow-eared Bulbul may be encountered. Also, keep your eye out for troops of Bear Monkey, and Sambar (Sri Lanka’s largest species of deer) which are regularly seen on the plains close to the entrance
Tea Plucking Experience
Barely 3.5 kilometres from Nuwara Eliya town, Pedro's Tea Factory lies nestled in the hills. You can take a half-hour guided tour of the factory, originally built in 1885 and still packed with 19th-century engineering. Step in to the Tea Plantation with a guide and start plucking tea with estate tea pluckers. This will give you an opportunity to experience the tea workers life and share their knowledge of tea plucking & and tea production.
Day 07 Nuwara Eliya-Colombo (Approx. 5.5 hrs drive)

St. Clair’s & Devon Waterfalls
Visit to St. Clair’s is one of the twin waterfalls of Devon, which together provides one of the most breathtaking waterfall sights in Sri Lanka to any visitor. This is perhaps the only place in Sri Lanka where you can view two magnificent waterfalls, each distinctly different, from the same vantage point.
City tour in Colombo
Along the way, you will explore a handful of the many lively streets that sell everything from textiles to electronics to spices. Hidden within these streets you will find yourselves coming up to the Old Dutch Museum where you can feast your eyes on the pristine architecture of the mansion that was built in the latter part of the 17th century and was initially the residence of Count August Carl Van Ranzow. Thereafter, you will proceed to the commercial hub of Colombo, Fort, where you will find another colonial gem, the Old Dutch Hospital; once a functional hospital during the 17th century, the complex is now hosting to high-end restaurants, bars, and shops.
Day 08 Colombo- Airport (Approx. 50 mins drive)
